No more work, mom!

From the beginning, Hollywood and Kora got along just fine.
For the first few months, Kora slept in a crate at night. She seems pretty comfortable in it!

    We recently adopted “Canela” a rescue that was purportedly an Australian Shepherd. We are already Aussie owners (12 y/o black tri) so we knew she wasn’t all-Aussie. Having recenlty watched the sheep-dog finals at the National Western Stock Show, and observing her as she grows, we are convinced she is at least part Border Collie. She looks a lot like your Kora.

    For what it’s worth, Australian Shepherds are not from Australia. Rather, they originated in the American West.

  2. HI Lee, I’d love to see a photo of Canela. Post it on our facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/BorderCrazyMom. We did the DNA test and Kora is part Border Collie and part Plott Hound. I had never heard of Plott Hound and who knows with the accuracy of the test, but she is definitely Border Collie in looks and personality.
